　　諸佛子！略說以十種因緣故，一切世界海已成、現成、當成。何者為十？所謂：如來神力故，法應如是故，一切眾生行業故，一切菩薩成一切智故，一切眾生及諸菩薩同集善根故，一切菩薩嚴凈國土願力故，一切菩薩成就不退行願故，一切菩薩清靜勝解自在故，一切如來善根所流及一切諸佛成道時自在勢力故，普賢菩薩自在願力故。諸佛子！是為略說十種因緣，若廣說者，有世界海微塵數。
　　“Disciples! briefly there are ten causes and conditions to make oceans of worlds have been established, be established, and will be established. What are they? They are the supreme might of Tathagatas; the nature of Dharma; the conducts and karmas of all sentient beings; the whole wisdom all bodhisattvas have gained; the kind roots gathered by all sentient beings as well as all bodhisattvas; the power of vows that bodhisattvas make to adorn and purify worlds; the non-backsliding practice and vows that all bodhisattvas have accomplished; the unlimited freedom due to all bodhisattvas’ true and full realization, the origination of all Tathagatas’ kind roots and the unlimited might that all Buddhas have gained at the time of attaining enlightenment, and the unlimited vows of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva.” “Disciples! these are the brief ten causes and conditions; if told in wide, there would be as many as particles in oceans of worlds.”
